Balinese ceremony where many peoples will possesed (by spontaneous) not by devil but by holy spirit of the Temple. The people became uncontrolled and very strong while they try to make theirself hurt by keris. They do this by a 'keris', Balinese traditional weapon, but keris can not make them hurt.
Ussually they do this until the 'keris' crooked and 'monk' splash them by 'tirta' or holy water. Loc: Odalan Pura Penggrebongan, Kesiman, Denpasar, bali

TARI KECAK - KECAK DANCE
Bali is replete with cultural performances and none can't be more mind-searing than the kecak dance. It starts with a parade of male dancers who will then sit cross-legged around circle around of fire, chanting ritualistically kecak. There'll be religious incantations until trance-like the dancers will literally walk on charcoal and pierce their chest with sharp keris swords. Always, if they concentrated hard enough, they get off without pain or injury.

This is at the tailend of the performance when a female dancer participates in the storytelling.
